a jealousy issue is a melodic metal band stemming from the cities of coral springs and boca raton, florida. The music and lyrics produced are affected by our demand to digress emotions before they decimate our sanity. a jealousy issue originated with the backbone of guitarist dave santos and bassist jerry jun. with the help of ian grushka of a new found glory, we were able to team up with ex poison the well singer, duane hosein. with this lineup, drummer steven menard was located and the band formed in october of '99. after several practices and a couple of songs, guitarist andres torres was found to fill out the overall sound that the issue is able to achieve. with this lineup, a jealousy issue has performed several noteworthy shows with local heroes poison the well, glasseater, and ohio residents, twelve tribes. from here, only fate knows the direction of a jealousy issue
